Prices are to be intended for the whole chalet, daily cleaning (except Sundays) and departure cleaning fee.

Booking/Payment:
Within the validity period of the offer, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Thereupon, the chalet booking shall be considered binding.
The final 70% have to be paid 45 day prior to arrival.

Prices:
The local tourist tax of €2,80 per person per night is not included and will be charged separately. Children under 14 years do not pay local tourist tax.

Security deposit:
At your arrival, we ask that you also pay an additional security deposit of €1.000.00. This will be refunded to you by the same payment method provided if no damage has been caused.

Cancellation conditions:
If you wish to cancel your booking up to 45 days prior to arrival, only the deposit will be held. For cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival, there will be a 50% charge of the total stay. For cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival, there will be a 100% charge of the total stay. In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged. We recommend that you stipulate a travel insurance which will cover the costs in case of cancellation.

Covid-related cancellations:
In the event of government regulations such as lockdowns, border closures and quarantine requirements, the booking can be cancelled by either party, free of charge and with short notice.

Arrival and departure:
Check-in time is from 15:00 - please call us shortly before your arrival.
On your day of departure, you are asked to leave the chalet by 10:00 am.
If you want to Ski or have a walk during the day of departure, you can leave your car in the garage before departing.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Payment methods:
Bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or cash payment.

Parking:
Private and secure undercover parking is available on site. For electric vehicles we provide our guests with a convenient e-charging station.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire chalet.

Extra Beds:
We will charge 30€/night for any Baby bed/crib.
For any Extra bed for adults, we will charge 100€/night. Sleeping on the couch is not allowed.
